MOVIETONE CARD TITLE: It’s a Woman’s World. DESCRIPTION: The Women of the Year lunch at the Savoy presented a kaleidoscope of woman’s role in the modern world - from actresses and authors to diplomats and dress designers. Princess Alexandra has recently opened the Nursing Exhibition in London. It’s perhaps the most famous feminine occupation in the world - bar one - and as the Princess looked at a new portable incubator, we were reminded of the one function in which men will always be dependent on women.
