MOVIETONE CARD TITLE: Horse of the Year Show. DESCRIPTION: A gala performance at Wembley in aid of the Variety Club’s Children’s Charities, featured the first major competition in the Horse of the Year Show. The Butlin Championship Trophy was presented by Sir Billy, who had given over three and a half thousand pounds to sponsor this gala performance. SHOTLIST: Key scene.
