MOVIETONE CARD TITLE: Prelude to the Tour - England Beat Uruguay. DESCRIPTION: England met Uruguay at Wembley in a farewell match before leaving for their world tour. After the 2 captains Bobby Moore and William Martinez exchanged courtesies, the home team kicked off. At half time, England were one up, and soon after Johnny Byrne scored again. 2 goals by the centre forward of West Ham, who’ve just won England’s FA Cup.
