Summary
MOVIETONE CARD TITLE: Fire-Power of the Forces. DESCRIPTION: At Larkhill, on Salisbury Plain, the quiet of a Summer’s afternoon was shattered by a joint Services demonstration. Highlight of it was a para-drop. The demonstration was a convincing display of Britain’s ability to fend for herself in an emergency. SHOTLIST: A joint services demonstration. Shots of a Victor from Bomber Command followed by a Vulcan a Buccaneer from the Fleet Air Arm and an RAF Lightning. Shots of the Tank Corp in action, anti-tank rockets.
