Summary

MOVIETONE CARD TITLE: Spurs Into Semi-Final. DESCRIPTION: Now, Cup-tie fever at White Hart Lane, and Danny Blanchflower and Vic Crowe at the toss-up. Aston Villa kicked off, and they wasted no time in putting Spurs on the defensive. The ground was in a shocking state, and the ball like lead. There was no score at half time. Then after a couple of minutes, a solo effort by Blanchflower put Spurs one up. Shortly after, goal number two followed, giving Spurs a two-nil victory. SHOTLIST: Key scene. MS sign Up the Spurs.
