Summary
MOVIETONE CARD TITLE: Scorching the Track. DESCRIPTION: Our pictures show the International 100 mile race in Sydney, and the track surface stood at nearly 150 degrees! Stirling Moss in a Lotus, went to the front in a temperature sizzling over the century. For Innes Ireland and Jack Brabham, the heat was really on. It was a brilliant win for Moss, in a race so tough that only 4 cars finished. Innes Ireland was the only other overseas driver to finish. SHOTLIST: Key scene - race track. GV race starts.
