DESCRIPTION: Thousands gathered in Havana to celebrate the rebellion which overthrew the Batista regime, and to acclaim its leader Dr Castro who began the struggle six years ago. At a Benefit Baseball game, Dr Castro played pitcher. This was soon after he threatened to resign the Premiership. He’d been implored to remain in office.
