Summary
MOVIETONE CARD TITLE: Foreign Ministers Meet. DESCRIPTION: Geneva, and a calm atmosphere for the meeting. But difficulties arose at once, and crowds soon gathered at the villa occupied by Britain’s Foreign Secretary, where the first hurdle was being taken: all about seating! And so, in the Palace of Nations, the postponed meeting of the Foreign Ministers, together with observers from West and East Germany took place.
