MOVIETONE CARD TITLE: Farm Robot. DESCRIPTION: Industry knows all about automation, so why shouldn’t farming! A robot tractor, in a demonstration, was seen at Reading. It’s throwing off bales of hay at predetermined intervals and it works with no human control whatsoever. And it can read traffic lights! SHOTLIST: BS tractor on move without driver. 2 shots inventors of tractor. MS bales of hay loaded onto trailer. SCU tractor on move. LS releases bales of hay on predetermined spots. Closer same.
