MOVIETONE CARD TITLE: The Sporting Scene. DESCRIPTION: It’s up in the Hartz Mountains, where Winter hasn’t yet arrived, but that doesn’t stop a Winter-sports enthusiast. The ski-track is covered with fine gravel and sand. Three girls, spending a holiday here, were fascinated by the idea of skiing on sand, and decided to have a go themselves. SHOTLIST: GV skiers come down slope. MS start. MS skiers (5). CU 3 girls clapping. CU girl with skis. LS girls skiing. MS same. GV finish - girl crashes. CU 2 geese. CU girl gets up.
