Summary

MOVIETONE CARD TITLE: Braemar Games. DESCRIPTION: The gathering of the Braemar Royal Highland Society, took place at the Princess Royal Memorial Park, with Highland Dancing an important feature. There was a great welcome from the 25,000 people present, when the Queen and her family arrived. The Marquess of Aberdeen and Temair led the reception of Her Majesty, Prince Philip, the Prince of Wales and Princess Anne. Putting the stone (Euan Cameron being the winner) was one of the events they watched. And there were 270 pipers and drummers present. SHOTLIST: GV Gathering. LS sword dancing on rostrum. Closer same.
