MOVIETONE CARD TITLE: Royal Tour - Entebbe, Uganda & Tobruk. DESCRIPTION: One of the chief engagements of the Queen in Uganda was to open the £22,000,000 Owen Falls hydro-electric scheme. In Tobruk, Her Majesty and the Duke visited the British war cemetery where the royal wreath was laid at the Stone of Remembrance. SHOTLIST: GV Owen Falls Dam. Hydro Electric Scheme. Queen & Duke arrive at Entebbe and are welcomed by the Sultan of Zanzibar and wife. Queen and Duke drive to dam. Very good shots of dam. Lorry drives through desert to Tobruk.
