- MOVIETONE CARD TITLE: Royal Tour - Canberra Finale. DESCRIPTION: The Queen and the Duke, during their stay in Canberra, went to the State Ball in King’s Hall, Parliament House. The Queen was received and escorted to the ball-room by Mr Menzies. Earlier in the day, there’d been a special parade at the Royal Military College, Duntroon, where Her Majesty presented colours to the Staff Cadets. SHOTLIST: Cut story - KS. Australian flag.
