Summary
MOVIETONE CARD TITLE: It’s Hotter Here. DESCRIPTION: On Miami Beach, Florida, bathing beauties bask in the sun and show off some new swim suits. In Melbourne, a gentleman who goes under the name of Apollo gets through some hot work demonstrating his strength. SHOTLIST: Cut story - KS. Palm tree. Model under tree in swim suit. CUs detail in swim suit. Various shots of bathing fashions displayed on sunny beach. Wipe. Strong man in leopard skin draws car along road by his teeth. Teams of men have tug of war with rope twisted round strong man’s throat. The fellow then does back-bend over open knife, rock is placed upon his stomach and hit with hammer. Rock splits in two. Another rock placed on his head is treated in similar manner.
