Summary
MOVIETONE CARD TITLE: Ryder Cup. DESCRIPTION: Fought out at Wentworth, Britain had high hopes of winning back the Ryder Cup after twenty years. America had gained a 3 to 1 lead on the foursomes but the British players fought hard in the singles to make one of the closest finishes ever. America won by 6 1/2 to 5 1/2.
