MOVIETONE CARD TITLE: Plague of Flies. DESCRIPTION: The beach at Worthing has been the scene of an absolute plague of flies. A helicopter was used to spray the fore-shore with insecticide. SHOTLIST: Cut story - KS. CU beach covered in seaweed. CU magnified of seaweed covered in flies. Boat covered in flies. Helicopter taking off. Flies over beach, very low. Spraying beach with insecticide. More flying back and spraying.
