Summary
MOVIETONE CARD TITLE: Grand National Hopes. DESCRIPTION: A visit to the stables of some of the National horses. At Middleham, the charges of Mr Crump. At Bishop Monkton, Mr Renton trains Little Yid and Cushenden. Mrs Topham has been on the course at Aintree to see the course being prepared. In Ireland, close to the Rock of Cashel, the stables of Ballydoyle House are the present home of some well-fancied runners, trained by Mr O’Brien. SHOTLIST: Cut story - At Middleham, horses training cantering across country, etc. Wot No Sun running. Shots of the National jumps at Aintree. Mrs Topham looks round. In Ireland - Rock of Cashel, near Tipperary, various horses in training.
