MOVIETONE CARD TITLE: Cycle Tour of Britain Finishes. DESCRIPTION: The last stage of the 14-day 1500-mile Tour of Britain cycle race started from Norwich; and the winner at the previous stage, Ian Steel of Scotland, wore the special jersey awarded stage winners. Although he finished behind Garnier (France) at the finish, he proved to be the winner of the whole event. SHOTLIST: Usual shots of cyclists completing course. Through country etc. Finishing line.
