The Premier, who’d just come from hospital, was there with Mrs Attlee. SHOTLIST: Cut story - KS. LS Abbey with Parliament Square in foreground. SCU towers & tilt down to entrance. Trade union workers enter Abbey. Arrival Mr Eden. Arrivals in following order: Lord Fraser, Field Marshal Slim. Chuter Ede, Mr Gaitskell, then Gaitskell with Lord Jowitt. Mr Strachey, Aneurin Bevan, Mr Morrison, Mr & Mrs Attlee walk from car, shot walking towards door of Abbey. Royal representatives leave Abbey. Cut-in GV Abbey. Mrs Bevin, daughter & son-in-law, Mr Sydney Wynne. Mr & Mrs Attlee followed closely by Mr Churchill. Elevated GV of crowds outside & cars picking up their passengers. Majority of them in morning dress.
