MOVIETONE CARD TITLE: Mont Blanc Air Disaster. DESCRIPTION: Planes naturally played a principle part in the search for the Air-India Constellation Malabar Princess. The air liner, with 48 people on board, was en route from Bombay to London when it crashed near the summit of Mont Blanc. SHOTLIST: KS. Search plane taxies across snow. Takes off. Aerial of mountain capped with snow. Chasseur Alpins, search parties prepare to leave. Aerial of the snow capped mountains, various shots, the last shot appears to show a small part of the crashed plane - Constellation.
