MOVIETONE CARD TITLE: Korea - Over the 38th Parallel. DESCRIPTION: The American 24th Division, returning to Taejon, must have been delighted to find so many Russian built tanks littering the approach to the town. Now, with United Nations sanctions, come the crossing of the 38th Parallel to finish the story of North Korean aggression. SHOTLIST: KS. Tank past camera & troop carrying tank past camera (both mixed). Various shots of American troops mopping up. Various shots of rockets being fired. American 24th Division near Taejon watch burning hut, shots of various wreaked Russian tanks, all angles. Troops move up, passing cheering Koreans. Troops walk into camera.
