- MOVIETONE CARD TITLE: Korea - Critical Days. DESCRIPTION: The flow of troops and equipment into Korea grows stronger; the first of America’s modern tanks to reach the front go into action. Infiltration by North Koreans dressed as GIs is a big danger. Back from the Chongu front, badly wounded South Koreans provide evidence of the bitter struggle. SHOTLIST: KS. Troops (GIs) await alongside railway track for train. Train arrives. Troops board & interior - troops seated about train as it makes its way to front. Supplies trains on move. At station, troops fill water bottles etc. from residents. MS of American tank firing point blank at distant hill, several shots. North Korean as GI being questioned (silent). Badly wounded being assisted, some on stretchers, majority of same walk along station, hopping, limping etc.
