- MOVIETONE CARD TITLE: Air Show - Farnborough. DESCRIPTION: At Farnborough, in Hampshire, the Society of British Aircraft Constructors hold the greatest Air Show ever. Many of Britain’s newest airliners, jet bombers and fighters were on show. As a climax the Brabazon flew over the airfield at 300 feet. SHOTLIST: KS Planes parked on the aerodrome. GVs Air Park. Cut-in spectators including Lord Tedder, Mr AV Alexander & Field Marshal Sir William Slim. Various shots of planes taking off and in flight including Air Horse helicopter, "Canberra", De Havilland "Comet", Vickers "Viscount", Handley Page "Hermes V", De Havilland 112, Hawker P1052, Vickers-Supermarine 510, Avro 707. Cut-ins of further spectators including service representatives from foreign countries. Good shots of "Brabazon" in flight at conclusion of show.
