MOVIETONE CARD TITLE: Water Skiing Capers. DESCRIPTION: In America they now go further than skiing on water, they actually perform acrobatics on skis. Another way to enjoying oneself - trying to fight against the fast rapids of one of America’s waterways. SHOTLIST: KS. MS skiers in action. Various shots of water-skiing, also performing acrobatics on skis. Several (about eight) standing on one anothers’ shoulders. SLIP PAN competitors enter fast running waters, elevated GV rapids, several shots of men in canoes passing along the rapids, almost lost to view. Men on horseback rescue one who sinks. MS rapids with winner coming through same.
