- Summary
- A record of the National Hunger March ending in London on May Day 1930. The film begins with scenes of the Scottish contingent passing through Bolton, relaxing and marching again. Other shots include Wal [sic] Hannington visiting the South Wales contingent near Slough, a cobbler mending marchers’ boots and the Lancashire contingent nearing Uxbridge. Final scenes show London workers joining marchers on their procession through London, women hunger marchers and ends at Hyde Park.
