- Summary
- Shots of ships and guns etc. being painted. The process whereby varnish is made with resin and linseed oil is shown. It is then sent via pipelines to the paintshops where it is purified, mixed with paint and then colour added. The paint is then tested for viscosity and thickness, colour. Also shown is the manufacture of a special paint used for camouflage (made from pigments and glue) on guns, jerry cans, mines, rockets for Typhoons etc.
