- Summary
- The wrecked city of Stalingrad after the siege; but at the Red October Steel works wheels of the machines continue to turn. All things are being rebuilt. Citizens of Stalingrad set to work. Children return to the schools. The presentation of the Sword of Stalingrad in Teheran, and the ceremony in Moscow at the Kremlin, where the sword is presented to the civil chief of Stalingrad.
