US National Archive entry: 13 min, sd, B&W, 35 mm Shows a night artillery barrage near El Alamein; British bombers strike the city; infantry advances across the desert. Flashbacks show the 1942 landing in Algeria; street fighting in Algiers; Axis prisoners being marched to the rear; and US ships and supplies on the dock in Algiers.
