Summary

Wendell Willkie visits Chiang Kai-shek and Madame Chiang at their home. The city of Chung King on the banks of the Yangtse River. The production of public news sheets on the war. Young boys and girls engage in parachute training - jumping from tower. Training the Chinese Army at the Central Military Academy.
