- The Battle of Britain. The home front - civilians in uniform, fire fighting during blitz, civil defence etc. Manufacture of guns; AA guns in action; wreckage on the day after the raid. British victories in African Desert; fighting in Eritrea; British ships keep life line open. Production of more and more armaments. By Spring 1941 Britain is sufficiently prepared to attack Germany. RAF offensive begins. Abyssinia - Italians surrender. Surrender of the Duke of Aosta to the British. Delivery of vehicles by British for use in the Libyan Campaign. Commando raids on Western Europe. Italian prisoners from Benghazi, Libya.
