Summary
Wounded removed on stretchers; receive treatment. Prisoners, including Eritrean levies, Savoy Grenadiers and the Alpini, are rounded up; dead in the streets. Imperial forces, British and Indian troops, continue the war in the mountains. Supplies delivered by mule train and by air. More prisoners taken. The wounded are assisted. Priests speak with soldiers. Italians retreat along the road to Asmara.
