Summary

20th February. Anthony Eden accompanied by Sir John Dill, Chief of the Imperial General Staff, arrives in Turkey. They are met at Adana Airport by members of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and representatives of the Turkish General Staff. Leave by train for Ankara, where they are met by Turkish officials. Pay respects at tomb of Ataturk. Meet high officials of Turkish Government; make tour of city.
