CU him looking at splinter in front of a poster which says Get First Aid. Voice over says - He doesn’t think it’s an industrial accident. CU bandaged finger. MS First Aider completes bandage. CU First Aider. Voice over - He says I should have signed the Accident Book the day it happened. MS man at doctors being pronounced not fit to work. CU Medical Certificate with Claim Form on back. CU form being filled in.
