Summary
MOVIETONE CARD TITLE: Rugger - England V Ireland. DESCRIPTION: At Twickenham Ireland defeat England by one point in a hard fought match. SHOTLIST: KS Irish team run onto field. Elevated shot kick off. England attack (England in white). English player brought down this side of Irish line. England attack, Preece passes to Guest who runs over and scores a try. Uren converts with a low kick. Cut-ins of cheering crowds. MS scramble for ball in English half. Callan (Irish) grabs ball and runs through to score a try. Mullan converts. Crowds cheering. Second half - general play. Ireland attack. Kyle scores a try. General play, Ireland take a penalty kick and hit the upright, the ball bounces back into play. Ireland attack forward line passing ball, Guest intercepts and makes a beautiful run through to score a try for England. Elevated shot of same, cutting to into camera shot. Crowds cheering etc. to finish.
