MOVIETONE CARD TITLE: Baor Military Tattoo. DESCRIPTION: British Services staged a Tattoo in Berlin’s Olympic stadium, the profits from which were to be used for welfare work among German children. SHOTLIST: KS GV troops counter marching. GV massed bands counter marching. German children applaud. MS German children watching. SCU German girl (child) laughing heartily. GV gymnasium demonstration (Indian club swinging). All the preceding shots are at daytime. The following at night. GV firework display. Club swinging, with their clubs lit at ends. At end of display searchlight flood arena, shows gymnasts with clubs held in the air. Motor cycle display, trick riding, riding in formation etc. Cut-ins of CU Sir Sholto Douglas. General Clay and Mrs Clay of America. Display of Highland dancing. GV Lancers performing musical ride, also charging the enemy to finish. MS Sholto Douglas saluting. GV of massed bands and troops paraded during playing of the finale Great Little Army.
