- MOVIETONE CARD TITLE: Royal Tour - Durban & Zululand. DESCRIPTION: The welcome in Durban was as rousing as elsewhere in South Africa. The Royal Family also visited Zululand where thousands of Zulu warriors took part in the ceremonies. SHOTLIST: CUT STORY: KS Panning shot of Royal car passing along West Street, Durban, several cut-ins shots of car, trucking shots of cars passing through crowded streets. Crowds shots people cheering, waving etc. WHIP PAN At Eshore, crowds of Zulus tracking across country to greet Royal Family. Crowds of Zulus. Royal car passes through avenue of Zulus across fields. Male Zulus performing dance before Royal family, cut-in of Royal family on dais. A traditional dance called Ngoma Nomagi [sic]. Female Zulus perform before Royal family. King presents medals to few warriors and Zulu chiefs. Zulu girls performing dance - several shots. Zulus rush towards dais and kneel before Royal family.
