MOVIETONE CARD TITLE: The American Scene - Futuristic Banking. DESCRIPTION: In Chicago you can now drive up to a banking window and all transaction are carried out without leaving your car. SHOTLIST: KS Cars drive into bank. Car stops in front of window, driver leans out of car and places his bank book and money, or cheque in drawer which is projecting from window partition. Bank clerk other side of window, pulls in drawer and places contents of drawer in suction tubes. CU suction tubes. Several shots clerks (girls) placing contents in same. Clerk places bank book back in drawer, pushes out to owner who picks same up and car drives off towards camera.
