BIG FOUR IN SESSION - The Waldorf Astoria, New York was the venue for a meeting of the Big Four. WINDSORS ARRIVE - The Duke and Duchess of Windsor arrive in New York aboard the Queen Elizabeth. ALSO THE SIX BRITISH MANNEQUINS. LATEST BRAIN WAVE - THE AIRPHIBIAN - The plane which turns into a car. SHOTLIST: KS SCU Molotov and Truman seated at table conversing. American newspapers showing headlines, slowly revolving on turntable. MS Molotov and Truman. Exterior tilt up of Waldorf-Astoria Hotel. Interior - Bevin walks into Conference Room, GV round table. CU Bevin. GV Molotov walks in to room. CU Molotov. CU Byrnes walking into room. De Murville arrives at table and sits down. CU de Murville. . Duke and Duchess of Windsor arrive in New York aboard SS Queen Elizabeth. MS & CU of them, Duke says how glad he is to be back in America. Six British mannequins seated on Queen Elizabeth ship’s rail with American mannequin looking on. CU one of the mannequins also saying how glad they are to be there and how they have been looking forward to the trip. Airphibian coming into land, lands, taxies. Pilot unlocks propellers and takes it off, attached it to fuselage, detaches fuselage from cockpit, leaving rest, somewhat resembling a car, pilot climbs into car (Airphibian) and drive off.
