- MOVIETONE CARD TITLE: Nuremberg - the Climax - (Nuremberg Trial). DESCRIPTION: In the pre-war years the city of Nuremberg was a centre for Nazi rallies, now it is mostly ruins. In the Court House the verdicts are being brought in on the Nazi war leaders. SHOTLIST: KS CU Statue of Justice on top of Old Bailey . Nuremberg ruins and rubble etc. Pan of ruins. LIBRARY - German Nazi troops goose-stepping along streets. Parade in full regalia. Parade in Nuremberg Stadium. SCU Hitler taking salute. Nazis raise their arms in salute. Hundreds of flags and banners in marchpast. Nazis carrying spades. - GV Exterior of Court. Interiors - Judges and Tribunal enter. GV Court sitting. Defendants in court. Library - Mix to German soldiers fighting in streets, running past burning buildings. Refugees make their way along roads. Ship sinking - bows sticking out of water. MS Belsen Concentration Camp. Occupants walking about in dazed and starved condition. Elevated shots of London Blitz fires. - Inside court. Defendants - Goering goes to mike and pleads - ‘Not guilty’ followed by Hess, Ribbentrop, Papen, Schacht, Keitel, Streicher, Seyss-Inquart. CU Justice statue on top of Old Bailey, London.
