MOVIETONE CARD TITLE: Monty’s Farewell to Baor. DESCRIPTION: Field Marshal Montgomery bids farewell to his staff at Bad Oeynhausen and his car is pulled through the streets. SHOTLIST: KS Monty on steps of Headquarters, shakes hands with several officers, including woman officer. In an open car hauled by troops he stands in same acknowledging cheers as he passes by, preceded by Scottish Regimental Band. In HQ grounds Monty poses with several Regimental groups for camera.
