MOVIETONE CARD TITLE: Nuremberg Continued - (Nuremberg Trial). DESCRIPTION: When the chart of the Nazi Organisation was displayed in the court room at Nuremberg it caused a great deal of interest to both prosecution and defence. Goering and Hess began to get quite excited as they peered over the shoulder of a member of the defence. SHOTLIST: KS Exterior view Nazi Headquarters, Nuremberg. Interior GV court, chart of Nazi organisation placed on wall, copies of same handed out to defence, prosecutors, tribunal etc. Goering and Hess look over shoulders of their defence at chart, GV chart as seen over shoulder of German naval captain (defence). SCU Goering and Hess both standing looking over his shoulder. German counsel had trouble with earphones. Lord Justice Lawrence says "can you hear me now", German counsel has more trouble with earphones. Back view German defence speaking about Ribbentrop. MS Goering, Hess and Ribbentrop, latter appears to be asleep. Goering and Hess laughing and joking amongst themselves. SV Lawrence speaking. Mr Alderman, US, speaks about typographical error, Goering nods his head in agreement and alter his pencil notes accordingly.
