MOVIETONE CARD TITLE: Canadian Blizzard. DESCRIPTION: Toronto has been suffering it’s worst blizzard for seventy-two years, many places came to a standstill as people couldn’t get to work. SHOTLIST: Cut story - KS. Elevated shot of Toronto. Street shots of people endeavouring to make their way along same, against snow, wind, a blizzard actually. "Snow clearer" throws snow in all directions as it drives into camera, clearing roads of snow. Workmen digging snow away outside air conditioning plant.
