Summary

[SUBTITLE]: "HRH the Duchess of York opens new hospital of St Cross at Rugby." The car of the Duchess arrives and she alights. Standing on a raised platform she receives gifts from children. Shot of the crowd. Duchess walking in procession with nurses and officials through the hospital grounds. The Duchess at the opening ceremony, and walking through the grounds and talking to people.
