- [SUBTITLE]: "The arrival of Father Xmas brings happy smiles to the faces of the little inmates of Sir Wm. Treloar’s Hospital for Crippled Children." Young children in hospital beds. Two children on crutches come up to Father Christmas figure in hospital grounds and present him with their message which he reads: [Handwritten message] "Dere Santa Claws, Pleas will you cum to our hospittle. Their are a lot of cripled boys and gurls here who wants toys and me to. as it leeves me at present Yores truly Dolly xxxxx". He sends them off. Man dressed as a fairy and another person dressed as a black cat run up to Father Christmas and they all go off. Father Christmas, carrying sack of toys and followed by his assistants, steps through a fake fireplace. Children in hospital beds out of doors. Father Christmas hands out toys. CS small child in bed with book and a doll. Father Christmas and his assistants do a dance. A group of boys looking on. More dancing. Two babies with their toys. Father Christmas, assistants and nurses in a procession with Christmas food on a hospital trolley. Nurses in fancy dress dance with Father Christmas. A group of children posed for the camera. Father Christmas cutting the turkey.
