The "Richelieu" is now back in service after her re-fit in American Naval Yards. SHOTLIST: Cut Story - KS wash of ship. Elevated shot of Giraud coming aboard ‘Fantasque’, shakes hands with Captain, etc. Inspects sailors lining deck. GS French sailors giving half salute. Shots of Presentations of Croix de Guerre on board ‘Fantasque’ & ‘Terrible’. Giraud pins Croix de Guerre on the fanion. GV of ceremony aboard ‘Fantasque’.
