Summary
[SUBTITLE]: "His Royal Highness visits Noyon to decorate French heroes and salutes the bullet riddled banner of the deathless Chasseurs." Prince Arthur inspecting French troops in Noyon town square. Close shot of him pinning medal on soldier. Salutes march past. Soldiers marching watched by crowds on pavement. Elsewhere, Prince Arthur walks by and looks at banner, saluting it and reading notice set up beside it.
