Summary
[SUBTITLE]: "HM the King held a Public Investiture at the Palace and decorated eight VCs. Lieutenant Install [sic] VC the airman who escaped from Germany." King George V inspecting troops in Buckingham Palace forecourt. Decorates and talks to two men in turn. Third man (Lieutenant Gilbert Insall?) decorated filmed from different angle.
