Summary

[SUBTITLE]: "The Czar of Russia, who has abdicated the throne of Russia, with the Grand Duke Nicholas on the Eastern Front." An open touring car pulls up and the Czar alights, followed by the Grand Duke Nicholas. Awaiting troops and officers watch the Czar and Grand Duke lead a party of army leaders out of a building, the whole party walking towards the camera. They inspect a guard of honour. Grand Duke Nicholas and two army officers alighting from a saloon car.
