Summary
[SUBTITLE]: "Sir W Treloar and the Lord Mayor dispatch hampers to the crippled children of the metropolis." Horse-drawn wagon approaches group of dignitaries. Driver is given a letter. Another wagon approaches and is given a letter. Mayor and other dignitaries sitting at a table, on which a hamper (with the words ‘Crippled Children’s Homes Sir William Treloar Fund’) is opened to reveal its contents.
