Viscount French on horseback, accompanied by the Lord Mayor of London (Sir Charles Wakefield), Lord Charles Beresford, the Duke of Rutland, Lord Churchill and Lord Brownlow, inspecting the men on parade. Viscount French taking the salute as the men march past.
